The Early Bird Gets the Worm

New research by a team at a university in Brussels, Belgium says that the early bird might get the worm, but the night owls or late risers as you may call them (I'm one of these :D) have more mental stamina throughout the day.

So, it might benefit you to sleep in once in a while! I always knew I had some sort of unwritten advantage over the early birds ;)
